The staff are nice, but I'd look for another hotel if one is available. The bathroom/toilet door wouldn't close, the toilet tank water wouldn't stop, and the room door took a very long time to open. Only one power plug worked for charging a phone, and the light switch was broken so I couldn't turn the light off. The pillow seemed like it hadn't been changed in 20 years. There's a night club right in front, so it was noisy for a light sleeper. Outside the room there's a hot/cold water dispenser and an iron/ironing board. The room had Wi-Fi, Aircond, a small shower gel and shampoo, toothbrush set, towel, water bottle and room slippers. No kettle, hair dryer or mini fridge.

The room was dusty and had hair around, with poor soundproofing. Jazz music came on at 7am and renovation started at 8.30am. The door couldn't be locked, and there was no body shampoo.

The room smelled and wasn't very clean, but the staff service was great and friendly. WiFi was good, and the TV could connect to Netflix.

I got to JB at 2:30am, when most hotels weren't taking check-ins anymore. I found this place on google maps, and almost straight away someone answered the phone and said, "yes, we have a room". Such a relief. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The room was noisy, so I wouldn't recommend it for family or business travel. Unless you like Indian club. Girls need to pay more attention with this hotel.
