The hallway stayed loud from 7am until checkout. There were six worms in the bathroom, the air conditioner wasn’t cold, and we were charged twice the amount. They said there would be no refunds.

No stars, it was too bad. The place was full of rats 🐀. I checked in today, 14/5, and by 11pm the air conditioner was already having problems.

After visiting Johor so many times, I found this hotel a huge disappointment. Water was dripping from the air conditioner, and they wouldn’t let me change rooms. They even told me I didn’t need to sleep.

Room 8 was a horrible queen room with no window. It was run down, and the old air conditioner was really loud. We checked out after just 10 minutes. The staff member offered to move us even though we had checked in at 2am and were causing trouble. He was patient, friendly, and had a great attitude. Thank you, sir! He moved us to room 2 on level 1, which was clean, with a nice toilet and a new air conditioner. ❤️❤️ I’d come back for his service, not for the rooms. I hope the owners look into this and don’t damage the HAKO brand. Please fix the noisy air conditioner and properly touch up the walls.

The lobby looks classy, but the room was smelly and the pillow had a disgusting musty odor. I had to open the windows for fresh air. There were no toiletries or basic supplies. The walls were cracked, and the toilet was old and moldy. I won’t come back.
