Hotel O Jj Homestay

JJ HOMESTAY. MIRI has a kitchen, icebox, hot and cold water for drinks, a balcony, and a playground, so it's very convenient. The place is clean, friendly, and economical, with a good location. Good business. I liked staying here. Welcome to come and stay at JJ HOMESTAY. MIRI.

It's not a fancy or luxurious place, but you feel comfortable and can tell the property is cared for. My room was small, clean, and cosy, with clean sheets. It had everything I needed: a sink, air conditioning, a ventilator, and a private bathroom with toiletries and towels. Housekeeping was very welcoming. I arrived a bit before check-in time, and they gave me a room that was already clean.

It's an old hotel, and the room I booked wasn't available. She gave me another room and claimed it was more expensive and she'd lose money. I wouldn't recommend it, as she wasn't professional. The family before me had trouble with her too. Thumbs and toes down. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff are really friendly and somehow still remember your face even a year or two later, which makes you feel welcome. For a budget hotel, the room is cozy and has a bit of extra space. There's a hot water heater in each room, plus free hot and cold water and a shared icebox. The air conditioner works well, though it takes a while to reach the temperature you want. And yes, it really is a budget hotel, just like the description says.
