My family loves this place, and the staff are friendly too. We’ll definitely come back 🤗

I got there around 1.30pm, but there was no counter staff, even after I rang the bell. A notice said check-in was strictly at 3pm. When a staff member finally appeared, she wasn’t friendly and was somewhat rude to another customer. With service like that, I won’t book here again.
2/10
The room was dirty, and a lot of things in it were broken. The air conditioner barely cooled, and the water heater didn’t work properly, so the water never got hot. Breakfast was disappointing too, with very few poor-quality options. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout my stay. This was one of my worst hotel experiences in Gelang Patah. Cleanliness, facilities, and service all fell far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
