The apartment style rooms were cozy and made it easy for larger groups to stay together, which was great for team bonding. Our retreat for more than 100 people over 3D2N last week went very well. The ballroom and breakout rooms suited our sessions, and the AV setup was handled smoothly and professionally. Since the event spaces were separate from the guest room areas, we could keep our group apart from the public and focus on the retreat. The hotel set up a group chat that kept our planning committee aligned, and coordination was seamless. Staff also made check in and check out efficient for the whole group. All meals were halal. We appreciated knowing that Qing Palace is no pork no lard because alcohol is served, which helped us plan dining. Sarah, the Sales Director, was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive throughout planning, helped arrange things whenever we needed support, and stayed involved during the event itself. I’d recommend Pulai Springs for corporate retreats and large scale events. It’s away from the city, so we could focus on the present.

I left feeling refreshed and well looked after, and would happily return. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, from housekeeping and concierge to room service. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and housekeeping kept it in great shape each day. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious, while dinner featured fresh, flavorful food served elegantly. I also enjoyed the spa, fitness center, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy lounge areas. The complimentary water, plush robes, and personal attention were nice touches. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk made sure I felt welcome and knew what I needed. A very memorable stay.

Ms Faezah, greeting guests before they entered the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, was especially courteous and pleasant. She really made our day. Mr Calvin, the reservation manager, patiently helped book our 7 rooms through the Resort and was accommodating and helpful. We loved how spacious the Deluxe room was. Thanks as well to Mr Abdullah at reception for recommending the seafood restaurant. Those three staff members really stood out.

Stayed for 3 days. The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was spacious and clean. At the buffet ala bazaar, the briyani stall was 10/10, but the other food was around 4/10. The drinks tasted very mild, and the meat was chewy and hard. Breakfast was 5/10, with not much variety, maybe because of puasa. The ayam berempah at the nasi lemak station was really hard too.
