Princeton Hotel

The location is handy, and the friendly girl at customer service was a plus. For the price, it's decent overall, but cleanliness could be better. On my last visit I found a cockroach on the bed, and the ventilation needs improvement.

The counter staff were good, but that was the only thing I can credit this hotel for. The room was cramped, dusty, smelly, and had no table. The smell was like corpse, pesticide powder, or an old unoccupied house. There was no kettle in the room, though hot water was available at a station outside. The cleaning seemed to amount to changing the bedsheets. Worst of all, on checkout morning, flushing the toilet sent water out through the shower area drain. My colleague booked this for an emergency errand at BI. For another RM20 or RM30, you could get a better hotel and avoid leaving with flu and allergies. I don't recommend it. First and last time.

For location, this place is a good choice, with Bukit Indah Mall within walking distance, plus Tesco giant and lots of places to eat nearby. WiFi is only average. It's now called Fortune Hotel Bukit Indah. I booked through the website for RM95, which got a double bed room without a window. It's a budget hotel.

The price for one night is very reasonable, and the room has the basics like a bathroom, towels and TV. But the towels felt like scrubbers and hurt when I used them to dry off. This was my first time having such an awful hotel towel experience. Please improve them.
