The listing on Agoda said there was a bathtub and free parking, but neither was actually available. That felt misleading and potentially deceptive to consumers. The room itself wasn't pleasant either. It smelled bad when I walked in, the sheets were a bit dirty, and the air conditioner had a thick layer of dust. That's not acceptable basic hygiene. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves both its cleanliness and the accuracy of its listings. Guests deserve a clean place and clear information.

The receptionist was arrogant and not helpful. The bedsheets were torn, and the hotel had never cleaned the air conditioner.

We chose this place because of its high Google rating, and were so disappointed. We booked a family room online, but the air conditioner was broken. A group of four adults in front of us got a family room, while our group of two adults and two kids was given two rooms, which didn't help. The staff member knew only two family rooms were left, and should have asked the earlier group whether they'd take two rooms instead of asking us. There was no refund for the downgrade. The staff said my online payment was cheaper than the price of a king room there, so cancelling would mean paying more for that room, even though the family room price there was RM 30 more. They still asked for a deposit and tourist tax after I'd already paid online. No hair dryer, no coffee or tea, and no bathtub even though Agoda said there was one. The shower was just a rain shower, with no shower head.

My husband booked this Fortune Hotel near the Aeon Bukit Indah supermarket. We had rooms 111, 113 and 104. There was a noise I can only describe as axe noise, and around the middle of the night a parent in room 112 let their baby cry very loudly without taking care of it. We couldn't sleep well. They also never topped up the bath soap or shampoo.
