The building is in a secure residential area and is clean, neat, and well maintained. It has a decently kept gym and pool. For getting around and finding things to eat or do, it's very convenient: Aeon and Tesco Malls are on either side, with a petrol bunk and commercial center nearby. There are several banks and ATMs, along with places serving a range of cuisines.
The homestay has good facilities and a strategic location, with restaurants and the shopping complex within walking distance. Everything was well maintained. What I didn't like was the rubbish room being outside the building. I can't imagine having to carry a pile of rubbish from the unit there every day.
There are plenty of nearby conveniences, including banks, restaurants and convenience stores. It's close to a bus stop for Singapore, AEON, Tesco and Giant, with a circle park just a few minutes away. The condo has an infinity swimming pool, gym and children's playground. The view is unblocked and it's very windy. Safety was great, with a few security guards on duty and an access card needed to enter.

The whole stay was horrible. There were cockroaches and other insects everywhere, and the elevators and bathrooms, especially the master bedroom bathroom, smelled bad. Broken facilities like the basketball court and kids' area were left unrepaired. I wouldn't recommend this condominium at all.
