Fraser Place Puteri Harbour

Mr. Shukor was especially helpful and attentive throughout our stay, always kind and ready when we needed assistance. The rest of the staff were friendly, polite and smiling, so we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The hotel was peaceful and calm, a lovely place for a relaxing getaway, and it smelled nice everywhere, which added to the clean, comfortable feel. The hotel is beautiful, with a thoughtful room layout, good furniture and appliances, and a lovely, relaxing view outside. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to return. Fraser Place Puteri Harbour exceeded our expectations and made the trip memorable. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful, comfortable stay in Puteri Harbour.

The room was pretty good and as expected. The executive lounge, though, felt like a children’s playground, with crying babies and kids running around noisily. There’s no rule restricting it to adults. There was no food in the morning, and during the day the coffee machine kept breaking down while the fridge was empty.

It’s quiet and comfortable here, tucked away from the crowded city center, with a lovely waterfront backdrop and plenty of space to unwind. The location is convenient for Tuas and only minutes from Legoland. If you’re looking to get away and properly relax, this suite delivers. Highly recommended for a reset.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days and came away with a good impression. The food was good and the staff were friendly, but what really amazed me were the executive chef’s shoes. Brown suede, beautifully made, with a shiny wooden base and a truly professional buckle. I’d never seen anything like them. You could tell the chef in charge had authority from those work shoes alone, which were a level above even the GM’s. I was so thrilled that I searched out all the staff to tell them how excited I was about seeing the shoes, from the waiters and hostesses to the people at check-in. I even told the taxi driver. I wanted to compliment the chef directly, but he was busy with a business lunch, so I didn’t want to interrupt. Food rating 8, room rating 8, service rating 8, chef’s shoes rating 37.
