The buffet breakfast was included with our rooms and was really delicious, with a good variety served hot or cold. We also liked the CNY decor. The staff were friendly, and quickly gave us another key card when one wouldn't open the room. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Bukit Indah shopping mall and lots of places to eat. The open car park beside the hotel was inconvenient and very muddy after rain. The underground parking was better, though it also had wet areas and puddles after heavy downpours. At check-in, the counter staff gave us a key card for only one of our two rooms, and we had to ask them to check the booking. One room didn't have much of a view, but we still had a very good stay.

It was a satisfactory stay. The room was acceptably clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and basement parking was free. AEON Bukit Indah is within walking distance too. We couldn't add an extra bed at reception. They said we'd need to upgrade to a higher room category, costing about RM500 per night with breakfast. Breakfast was average, with no coffee machine, and the pool and gym were quite small, just enough to meet basic expectations.

The room was clean and the location was good. The staff member was friendly, patient and efficient, and explained the benefits of hotel membership. Even after his shift ended, he waited patiently while our membership registration went through and we paid for the booking.

The room was clean, breakfast had a nice-looking spread with good variety and tasted good, and the staff were quite friendly. The hotel is in the heart of bukit Indah, just a few minutes' walk from Aeon Mall, Bukit Indah, and about 5 minutes from Loctus super mart. Very convenient, with a 24hr Mcdonald right next door.

10/10
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location at Bukit Indah is great for food. Aeon is a 5 minute walk away, with Macdonald's and Burger King next door. The only downside is the tiny ground-floor pool. With all the shopping and eating, though, there wasn't really time to swim.
