Free parking, and that's about the only thing beyond the low price. If cost is all you care about in the Skudai area, it may suit you. Otherwise, I'd avoid it. Red ants were in the wall and by the window next to the bed, so they kept biting me there. The sheets, mattress, pillows, pillowcases and towel seemed so old they might as well have been kept for historical purposes.

I booked for three people because we needed somewhere near UTM, but the place turned out to be in a different area. The listing also didn't say the toilet was shared and outside the room, and the sheets were old. Agoda doesn't seem to keep its advert updated. It wasn't worth the price.

The low price is the one good thing here. Otherwise, it's a terrible place to stay. Don't come.

I booked three rooms for the whole family, and we'd stay here again on our next trip. The rooms were tidy and clean, the washrooms were nicer and clean too, and it was comfortable and convenient overall. The counter said the whole hotel had already been upgraded. Recommended.

For one night's sleep and basic needs, it's okay. The small hotel is manageable for a man or a solo guest, but I wouldn't choose it for a family. The AC and bed were comfortable, and the toilet and bathroom were good. The TV didn't work, and the lock didn't work from outside. Senai Airport is about 15 minutes away, there are convenience stores nearby, and check-in is available 24 hours.
