Cockroaches kept appearing in my room on several days, including on the floor and near my belongings. The housekeeping was inconsistent and the place didn’t feel properly maintained, with basic cleanliness falling short. The front desk staff struggled to communicate in English and didn’t handle concerns confidently or efficiently. Time management was poor and problems weren’t properly resolved. The internet was slow and unstable too, adding to the frustration. I expected a reasonable level of cleanliness and management, but was very disappointed. Until the hygiene, staff training, and management issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We reserved a Standard Double Room with Window through Agoda but were initially given a room without one. The Malay staff member at the front desk kindly tried contacting Agoda with us, but Agoda didn’t respond. The hotel staff then took the initiative to move us to a room with a window, as in our original booking. We appreciated her help and understanding. I hope Agoda gets better at responding to customer support requests so this doesn’t happen again.

The staff were lovely and helpful. One person remembered I’d asked about room cleaning and came to check with me again the next day. Another proactively asked whether I needed a bed change because the light wasn’t working, which was thoughtful. The sheets and towels were clean, and the bathroom seemed cleaner than on my last visit. It makes me want to stay again. Thanks for the good service, keep it up!

The location works well if you want to visit Sutera mall. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, karaoke, a playground, a bar, and beverage shops nearby. The room was clean and neat, and the service was good. I enjoyed my stay.
