OZO Medini Malaysia

We were back at OZO Medini Malaysia for what I think was our third stay, and the team was friendly as ever. Ms. Elisha, the Front Office Manager, clearly leads by example, and that warmth shows in her staff. At lunch, Naufal from Food & Beverage looked after us well, and all four dishes we ordered were delicious: Chicken Chop, Fish & Chips, Fried Yee Mee (Cantonese Style), and Char Kuey Teow. Mia and Haikal at the Front Office also made check-in easy with their welcoming, attentive service. The whole team made us feel looked after again. Thanks for another great stay. We'll be happy to return.

A good American Breakfast A&B and really warm service from Shaiful and Mila. They made the place feel like home and helped make the morning easy, even before the coffee kicked in. I'd come back for another good start to the day.

The lobby at Ozi Medini smelled so good, and our room felt new and was really nice. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the mattress and pillows gave me one of my best nights of sleep. Breakfast was so-so, with a fairly small spread, though I understand there weren't many guests since the hotel is new. I appreciated the separate spot with kiddie plates, cutlery and cups. There wasn't a kiddie pool, but we had brought floaties for our child. Pool towels weren't provided, so I had to go back upstairs to get our own. We had a great one-night stay and would love to come back next time we're in JB.

Breakfast had a decent selection. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and everything looked clean and new. It's still a fairly new hotel, so I hope they keep up this standard.
