OYO 960 I Harmony Hotel

The service was terrible, and the staff were rude. Two Malay men working there fought with a guest. They also wouldn't return my deposit over a small problem. It was a really stressful, awful experience. Please don't stay here.

The lobby was full of smoke because staff were smoking inside the hotel, even though there’s a no-smoking sign and a RM100 fine for smoking. I wouldn't recommend it. I won't come back, it was a waste of my money.

The rest was okay for the price, but the bedsheet was dirty with yellowish spots. There was no parking available, so I had to walk from the parking area to the hotel in the rain. When I asked why a motorcycle was parked in front, the staff member said, "my moto" and that after 7pm people could fight over the parking spot. At check-in, a Malay staff member was rude. Staff were smoking outside on the stairs, and the smell was very strong while I was checking in. iHarmony management, please improve the service.

The room was roomy, with a window, and the air conditioning, hot water and TV all worked as they should. I Harmony Hotel is basic, but I only needed the essentials, so I didn't miss things like breakfast or a pool. It’s also close to UTM and plenty of places to eat, which was handy. For the price, it’s a comfortable, convenient option.
