The Platinum Kuala Lumpur by LUMA

The room was spacious, clean, and bright, with a breathtaking view. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Relaxation is high on the list for Platnium 2. Getting there took a little figuring out. There was a lot happening on arrival, so head to reception area 2. Check-in itself was quick and simple, and the staff were helpful. We were confused about the two lift wells, but staff quickly guided us and sorted it out. The view from level 51 has to be seen to be believed. The pool was inviting, quiet, and peaceful. At night, watching influencers try to find the best angle and space while directing their friends or partners became its own little show, all with the amazing city lights in the background. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

The location made it easy to get around and explore, and I’d definitely stay here again. At The Platinum 2 by Kimiro, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and ready to help as soon as I arrived. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated how well maintained everything was and the attention to detail. I had a pleasant, memorable stay that exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it for comfort and good service.

The big room, perfect location, and lovely rooftop pool were the best parts. The management feels a bit messy, and the lobby is always crowded. There were lots of stains on the floor, and even after I turned on “please make up my room,” nobody came. For an apartment, mine had no kitchen, washing machine, plates, or cutlery. There wasn’t a filtered water dispenser either.

Most Platinum suites seem to be privately owned units rented out for profit, rather than hotel rooms. The decor and condition depend on what each owner is willing to spend on repairs and making things look nice. We had to switch rooms because the first one was damaged. Mattresses were just sitting on the floor, and the suites seemed mostly used for parties. I’d rather stay across the street at the Sheraton Four Points.
