The location near the towers was great, and the room was super clean. We booked the queen executive room through booking.com and were surprised by how lovely it was for such a low, reasonable price. The staff were kind when we arrived and got to know us a little during our short stay. There’s a café in the lobby with amazing coffee, and it was inexpensive. They also gave us bottled water, razors, toothbrushes, and other amenities for free. When we forgot our key card one day, they helped quickly and were very nice about it. We’d happily recommend staying here.

The room was small, and nobody came to clean or refresh it daily during my stay, which made things less comfortable. The washroom, though, was clean and well kept. The hotel is in a handy spot near Bukit Bintang, with restaurants and shopping malls easy to reach. It’s decent for a short visit if location matters most, but the room size and housekeeping need improvement.

You can walk to alor street food and lot 10 hutong, which might be a bargain. The hotel is near Bukit Bintang’s nightlife area, right beside a Japanese yakitori bar that’s always full of Japanese people on weekends. The rooms are a little old and dirty, though they’re well maintained. The air conditioner gets cold, but makes a strange clicking noise whenever it switches on or off.

The room was very dirty. There was a half-dead cockroach on the floor when we checked in, then we found a large dead spider beside the bed. The ventilation was poor, dust showed in every corner of the floor, and the pillow had lots of stains.

Right in the busy heart of the city, but without the cost of a 5 star hotel. Erisha and the team made the weekend so comfortable. They let me check in early, upgraded my room, and were friendly and lovely to deal with. Extending my stay was no hassle, and they offered a great rate too. The coffee shop at reception is a nice extra and makes things easy. I’d highly recommend staying here, and thanks for a wonderful weekend!
