Master House Colony KLCC

The view from the rooftop, looking toward KLCC, KL Tower and TRX, is a real plus, and the gym and swimming pool were quiet. The Colony @ The Stay Hub is also right beside Quill Mall, with Kg.Baru and the nearby area an easy walk away. The room with its balcony was worth the price, and the host was helpful and quick to respond even before I booked. Would I stay again? Of course. A couple of small things could make it better: add two chairs and a table on the balcony so guests can sit and enjoy the view, and offer free parking if possible. The photos could also be updated, although the room itself is still the same.

The balcony gave me a beautiful view over the city, and the place was a comfortable spot to unwind. I spent one night at The Colony Skyline Suites KLCC and found the room spacious, very clean and well looked after. It had a luxurious feel. The room assistant was friendly, attentive and ready to help. I appreciated that hospitality, especially as a solo traveler looking for comfort and convenience in KLCC. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

We were especially impressed by the infinity pool on the 35th floor. Seeing Kuala Lumpur all lit up from there in the evening was breathtaking. From our room on the 25th floor, we could also see both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower, and waking up to that skyline each morning felt special. Our apartment at The Colony Skyline Suites KLCC was clean, roomy and comfortable. The location in the KLCC area made it easy to get to the towers, shopping malls and nearby attractions. The building had modern facilities, and we had a great stay. Mr. Mohammad Naim looked after us throughout. He was polite, professional and very helpful, from making check-in smooth to sorting out anything we needed. His warm service made us feel well cared for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

The staff were dismissive and unhelpful when we raised our concerns, and the room itself was in poor repair, with outdated, broken fixtures and weak maintenance. At the premium price, that wasn't what we expected. There were cockroaches coming out of the shower cabin, and the room was so infested that we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. We were also given only one towel for the whole stay, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. We had initially chosen the accommodation for the pool and its beautiful view, but the pool was dirty and not properly maintained. It wasn't pleasant to swim in, and we were disappointed with its condition.
