The staff were friendly, the place was clean and good value, and food and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking was a problem, though.

For me it was a good, nice stay, with a great atmosphere and good cleanliness after the recent renovation. It's in a busy, convenient location, though parking can be hard to find, especially with public parking around. There's a 24-hour mamak at the corner and a few Chinese restaurants nearby. I found it child and OKU friendly, and there's a lift inside the hotel. We stayed one weekend night, two adults with a toddler and a baby, in a room with one queen and one single bed, booked for RM139. The staff were really nice. There was a Coway machine, but no electric kettle, so moms who need to prepare a thermos should bring one. You can get an iron from housekeeping from 9am onward. Parents with toddlers should be extra careful, as the window lock can be opened manually quite easily. The toilet has an open space with no glass partition, and its door doesn't lock, haha. We got only one access card. There was no extra blanket or microwave either.

The room was spacious and clean, though they don't provide toothbrushes.

When my phone accidentally fell into the lift on the day I arrived, I asked management to contact the lift maintenance team. They kept me waiting for about three hours and did nothing. The maintenance number they gave me was wrong. I was really angry. I asked staff to call the manager, but he was even worse. He never came to deal with what was happening and just told the staff to handle it, while the problem remained unresolved for three hours. In the end, I found the maintenance number myself and paid the technician to open the lift and retrieve my phone from underground. Management took no responsibility. Really poor management.
