My daughter loved the pool and didn’t want to get out, and the Kids Club had plenty to keep little ones entertained in a safe, welcoming setting. The clean, spacious room was comfortable, and from check-in onward the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the whole hotel felt warm, family-friendly, and stress-free. We had a lovely little getaway at Four Points by Sheraton and will definitely come back.

The location works well, with a monorail station and LRT station right nearby and Suria KLCC a short walk away. The property was recently renovated and added to the Marriott family. It’s one of the best Marriott properties in KL, with a huge pool, slides, and playground that make it a kids paradise, plus an excellent gym and food options on site. Staff were attentive and extremely helpful, especially Mr. Lambda and Ms. Janice. We’d definitely stay again.

Breakfast had so many good options every morning, and Aqilah really stood out. She prepared breakfast tables and cleared them quickly, smiled at guests, spoke gently, was well groomed, and made everyone feel welcome. Please show her some appreciation, she deserves it. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my baby, and we had a really pleasant time. The big pool is great for kids, and there’s also a playground for families. All the staff were kind and professional, and the room cleaners kept everything neat and tidy. Highly recommended for families.

The gym is a fitness lover’s dream, spacious, pristine, and well equipped. The kids loved the pools too. I just wasn’t keen on the crowds, and I don’t think the hotel’s pools can handle so many people sharing with another hotel. Still, I love everything else about the hotel.

Khamaria Abdul Kalbi made a real difference to my stay. She was warm, welcoming, always smiling, and ready to help anyone who approached. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a table and chair that made working convenient. The in-room dining menu had limited a la carte choices, though, and breakfast wasn’t impressive, with room for improvement in both variety and quality. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
