Please do something about the bedding and bathroom supplies. The duvet needs upgrading, though they aren’t expensive, and getting the right one would keep customers satisfied. There was no shampoo or liquid body wash, which was a pity. The towels felt 100 years old and more like rugs.

The location is okay, but the hotel looks old and needs an upgrade. We were given a room with a damaged TV. The receptionists, especially “the big indian black girl” and “the old girl,” weren’t good at serving customers, especially us Filipinos. The big Indian black girl kept mocking us for leaving the key at the counter and seemed to find ways to irritate us. I’m giving them 1 star. I’m not the only one complaining, a lot of Filipino customers have also complained about the bad service.

There are lots of nearby Indian food options and shopping centers, and the location is easy to reach. The room cleanliness was poor, though. They also charged an extra 10MYR for each late checkout and added a foreigner tax that wasn’t mentioned on OYO originally.

The room felt old and low budget, and didn’t feel like an OYO ROOM. The TV works, but there’s nothing to watch unless you have a pendrive. The room needs improvement so customers can feel comfortable staying here.
