We couldn’t check in at first because of a problem with our Agoda booking. Ms. Shafiqah at reception patiently worked with the Agoda agent to sort it out, and we were eventually able to check in without further trouble. She was helpful and professional the whole time, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We’re very grateful for her support.

The room was clean and modern, and everyone on staff was incredibly nice. Mr. Sher especially was accommodating. There’s a great weekly night market a few minutes away, plus a convenient mall attached to the hotel with tons of restaurants. It’s next to an MRT station and close enough that getting a Grab anywhere in the city was no problem. I can’t wait to stay here again when I’m back in KL.

On our second stay at Sunway Velocity Hotel, Fazraf made our family feel at ease from the moment we arrived for a late-night check-in. He was welcoming, explained the facilities patiently, and helped us feel sure we’d be comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, just as we remembered from our previous visit. We’d originally been staying at another hotel, but its service fell short of what we expected. We checked out that same day and booked Sunway Velocity at the last minute. It turned out to be the right choice, and the hotel has continued to meet our expectations. We hope management will pass on our appreciation to Fazraf. His warm, professional service reflects well on the hotel and makes guests feel their expectations are exceeded. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

My friend was taking a course at the hotel, so we chose to stay there. It’s a little outside the centre, but AEON and NSK supermarket are nearby, and a glass door connects the hotel to a very large shopping centre where you could spend a whole day. There’s also a gym and swimming pool on the top floor. I enjoyed the stay. Mr goh at the front desk was very helpful with our request. I also saw him helping an older woman who had difficulty walking get to her room.
