Jeya was so friendly and attentive, and always checked that I had what I needed. Firdaus was just as welcoming and helpful, and went out of his way when I had requests. Their hospitality was the best part of my stay and made it memorable. Scarletz Suites KLCC By MyKey Global was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it a great place to relax. I’d definitely recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free stay and look forward to returning.

I might book again for the view, location, and price, but I wouldn’t stay here on a weekend. This doesn’t feel like a proper hotel. It was built as a condo, and some or most of the rooms are now rented out. We were on the 42nd floor, with a spacious room and a great view. The water pressure was strong, and the location was good, with lots of restaurants and the twin towers nearby. The pool was decent when it wasn’t crowded, and we paid about 30 USD a night. There are only three lifts for all those people, and one was out of service. Sometimes we waited 30 minutes to get on. There’s no phone in the room, so room service is hard to arrange. For issues, you have to go to the ‘front desk’ or use WhatsApp, and the reception area can feel like a zoo when it’s packed. No restaurant in the building, just a coffee stall and convenience store, both overpriced. The bathroom had insects, and some drawers were broken or missing.

Really cosy and comfortable room, with a nice view from the infinity pool. The host was quick to reply, and the location is good. There’s a convenience store in the lobby and a small coffee booth, too. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the staff were quick to answer on WhatsApp and help with my questions. The pool area was a real plus, with a lovely city view for photos. There’s no temperature control for the pool, and the bar happened to be closed during my stay. I’d read that people sometimes wait ages for the lift, but it was fine for me. It’s a very tall building, so waiting 5-10 minutes now and then seems understandable. The room had visible damage, as the photos show. In a place with lots of short stays, I can see how that might happen. It isn’t a five-star hotel, and a few small repairs would help. I was more bothered that it was listed as non-smoking when there were clear signs of smoking in the bathroom and cigarette butts thrown outside. There was some trash left behind, and the windows weren’t very clean either. I still had a nice experience. A few easy fixes could make the property much better.
