Frame Hotel

The electricity rate was a shock: RM 1.20 per kilowatt-hour, compared with about RM 0.30 at my previous condo. It feels questionable, and “expensive” barely covers it. The shared spaces are filthy, especially the kitchen and elevator. The sink and cooking area are a mess, and the washing machine and dryer don’t work. I don’t know how often anything gets cleaned. Management is no help when I report the cleanliness, water, or elevator problems. The elevator has been listed as under “maintenance” for five days, with no apology or proper update. There’s a hotel WhatsApp group, but tenants can’t post, and the admins rarely tell residents what’s going on. I also don’t feel safe here. There’s no lobby guard, and the few CCTV cameras don’t cover all the common areas. From what I know, outsiders can still get in easily. Frame Hotel is near the infamous Richmore Hotel, which is known for illegal and illicit activity in the Pudu area and gets raided by local authorities from time to time. You can look that up on Google. I’ve had plenty more bad experiences, too many to list. I’m finally leaving this place now. Anyone thinking of renting here should reconsider and avoid it.
