I came alone and had asked for a single room. They put me in one beside the shared shower room inside the hotel. The ceiling was stained, and I could hear animals moving around. Staff said they weren't sure what kind of animal it was because the hotel is near the jungle. I was nervous and asked if it was safe, and they told me it was fine. That evening, when I lifted the quilt to go to bed, I found mildew and yellow stains all over it. I tried to put up with it and lie down, but soon my body started itching. I asked staff to change the quilt, and they kindly did so right away. The replacement had mold marks and stains too. It was 11:30 p.m., so I went straight to another nearby hotel and slept there. I returned to this troubled hotel in the morning to collect my luggage and leave. At the very least, a hotel shouldn't have problems like this.

I couldn't sleep because there was noise at night and again in the morning. The rooms weren't clean, the bathrooms smelled bad and were in poor shape, and room service was bad too. There was no Wi-Fi, and the network didn't work consistently.

The people at reception and in management were really respectful and great. It's a nice, simple place to stay if you want to save money, and I enjoyed being there. Downstairs, there's a spot to sit, watch TV, or use a computer for work. The system was helpful and easy to understand. I loved the place and recommend visiting.

I spent a few days here with my girlfriend last month. The hotel and room weren't clean, but I could accept that because it was cheap. What I couldn't accept was how rude the part-time Indian guy working here was. He seemed to have a mental problem. Management, please take this seriously!
