We had two rooms for my family, and check-in and check-out were smooth with great service. The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro. My room was spacious, with a lovely city view and a clean, comfortable bed. From the 51 storey, there's a spectacular view of the twin towers. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend Home Style Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I'd definitely return.
The infinity pool overlooking petronas tower is the standout, such a lovely view. We loved the property, and the room, bed, cleanliness, and amenities were all lovely too. The staff were very sweet and welcoming.
This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The room hygiene was awful: there was hair in the bed, yellow stains on the bed cover, and the bath towel smelled of gasoline. The facilities were in poor shape too. The washing machine was out of order, the rusty bathroom sliding door wouldn't move, and hot water took a long time to heat up for a shower. The price was far too high for what was provided, especially with better options nearby at the same cost. I can't understand the five-star rating. Google reviews seem misleading to me because guests get gifts for giving five-star ratings.
The swimming pool has a beautiful view, and I also had a great view from my room. It was a great stay.
Good value for money. The room was roomy and clean, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.
