Construction is ongoing, and the dust and tar smells keep coming in. The car park is far from the residential area, which is a daily hassle, lifts break down often, and the night security guard seemed clueless and untrained for emergencies. Management’s handling of pesticide spraying around the playground was unbelievable. They gave no warning or notice and put up no signs or barriers. That felt completely unsafe and irresponsible, especially for families with young children. It’s unsafe, poorly managed, and absolutely unsuitable for families with kids.

From check-in through check-out, our experience with this property was harrowing and very distasteful. They seemed to have no processes, and the details in the ad felt like empty commitments. The rooms were shabbily maintained, the air conditioners didn’t work, and promises weren’t kept. Message me if you need more information. This is what we really experienced, and I would never recommend staying at this property or their other properties.
