OYO 89660 Raudhah Inn Hotel

The furniture feels cheap, like a hostel, and the room was dusty from the start, including the headboard. Under the comforter I found random hairs. The floor is painted plywood, so it can't really be washed or mopped. For what they charge, I expected better, with proper tiled floors. I'd look somewhere else, even if I were desperate. I won't stay here again.

The room wasn't maintained. In the first one, there were dirty cat paw marks and piss on the bed, and the bathroom lights didn't work. They changed my room, but the piss stains in the next one were even bigger. Really disappointed.

I felt so disgusted that I didn't feel like banging anymore. In the first room, cat paw prints were all over the bed. I asked to switch, only to find cat pee on the bedsheet in the second room. Such a disappointing stay.

I had already booked through Agoda and paid in full. On 26/6/25, I arrived to find the reception counter closed at 6.30 pm and nobody there. I called the mobile number almost 20 times and couldn't get through. My WhatsApp message got no reply either. I waited there for 45 minutes, hoping someone would show up, but nobody did, so I had to find another hotel even though I'd paid. As of 30/7/25, neither Agoda nor raudhah inn has replied. My money still hasn't been refunded. A very bad experience.
