The whole house smelled like cat pee. In room 6, the toilet bowls and pipes were broken, with water leaking everywhere. The bed had stained blankets and dirty comforters. Terrible room.

We booked, but left without staying after seeing the room. It wasn't clean and had cockroaches, and finding the place at night was difficult. Wouldn't recommend it.

The toilet was stained and smelled bad. The pictures on Agoda looked completely fake or out of date. Sorry, but I really can't recommend this place. Owner, please pay attention.

I stayed for three days, and they didn't clean the room during that time. The rubbish in the corridor smelled awful and was disgusting, like there was no housekeeping. I know it's in a rural area, but they should still keep the place clean. I hope they take hygiene more seriously.

They were willing to clean the shower room and cupboard when we told the counter staff about the cigarette butts, rubbish and dust, so that was appreciated. The refrigerator upstairs was full of insects and looked like it hadn't been usable for a long time. At least the hot water worked and the bed was big enough. The property was no longer under OYO, and at check-in we were told our preferred room from the website wasn't available. They asked us to pay an extra RM10 to upgrade. Someone was smoking on the balcony at night, so if, like us, you can't accept smoking, definitely NOT RECOMMENDED 😂
