We were charged for a hotel that apparently doesn't exist, then had to pay for another place so we wouldn't be left sleeping outside. Between Booking and Oyo, getting in touch and getting our money back was really difficult. They offered no solution, only more problems. Hard to believe.
This isn't in Jerantut at all. It's deep in the jungle at Kuala Tahan, about a two-hour trip from Jerantut along a lush forest road.
The address needs updating. I had a hard time finding the place, and the locals pointed me somewhere else. Please correct it so customers trying to stay here don't have the same trouble.
