There was plenty of room to move around, with two queen beds, a sofa facing the TV, and a small table for eating. The bathroom was spacious too, enough for one adult and two kids to bathe together, with space for a bathtub. They gave us four bath towels at no extra cost. The location is good with lots of food nearby, and for this price it's a good option for an overnight stay.

The room was in good condition for the star level, and the toilet was especially clean and bright with good ventilation. It even came with a hair dryer, which was a thoughtful touch. We got two bottles of drinking water daily, and there was a dispenser along the corridor. The ironing station was there too, easy to reach. The location is convenient, with lots of eateries nearby and Sunway College JB right behind. Edmund at the Front Office was friendly, helpful, and kind.

Compared with the other hotels and apartments I've stayed in around Mount Austin, this one is very run down.

I'd already said I needed a clean room, but they booked me into one near a smoker.
