This was the third time I've been trapped in the lift, and I was stuck there for about 40 minutes with no emergency response. It happened on a Thursday around noon, while the management office was closed for its 1 pm break. Workers told me management wasn't coming in that day. Sky Habitat feels unsafe, with no alertness or emergency help. If a pregnant woman got stuck, what would happen? And if management doesn't respond when issues are reported, what are residents supposed to do? This is the worst.

My parcel arrived yesterday afternoon and was gone by the next morning. Security said they weren't responsible, and that the CCTVs were all broken so they couldn't find who took it. Are the cameras just for show, with nobody fixing them when they fail? Our parcels disappear and everyone turns a blind eye. There's no security at all.!!!

Three days without water, and this has happened five times in eight months. Management seems able to spend time on things like vending machines, but still can't sort out the water supply after three days. The glass door and access door issues are also still unresolved. This management is useless.

The apartment feels secure since access cards are needed for specific floors. It's very windy on the facilities floor and at Sky Garden. The car park is tight, especially the rear entrance, so take care turning in.

Rnf Mall and CIQ are nearby, and other attractions are within walking distance. FGJB is just a few steps from the building. The place is nice, though outsiders may have to wait outside since they can't enter the building lobby.
