I checked out on 25 Nov 2025 after checking in on 24 Nov. I paid the deposit by QR at the hotel and was told it would be returned after 14 business days. It’s now 21/1/2026 and I still haven’t received it. The receptionist checked the room before we left and there were no issues. Emails and chats have gone unanswered. Bad service.

I’m from Indonesia, and this was my second visit. I stayed for 7 Days, and everything was great when I checked out. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. It was a pleasant stay.

We slept well, with no noise disturbing us. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Hotel Insuna also has snacks and instant noodles in the lobby, which came in handy for a late-night supper. We had an excellent stay and would gladly return. ☺️

The room was small but comfortable enough for one person, and both it and the bathroom were very clean. There was a slight strong chemical smell at times, probably because ventilation is limited. The male receptionist working on 17/07 in the afternoon was considerate, observant, and accommodating when he let me check in early after I’d come all the way from Penang. I’m really thankful, and I wish him all the best. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.
