I live next door at Tropez Residence, and on 4 Nov - 5 Nov 2025 the alarm at their TNB station rang nonstop all day and all night. I couldn't sleep at all, even though I had work the next day. I called TNB and the Police, but nothing was done. What kind of management lets this disturb the peace on a weekday?

The security guards were friendly and helpful, and most of them were from Nepal. The surrounding area is still being developed, so shops and places to eat may make things more convenient in the future. For now, you'll need to book GRAB to get to a nearby mall like Paradigm Mall or KSL for entertainment and makan.

I live here, and the area is quiet and pleasant. The building is well made and kept clean, and both the security personnel and the maintenance office staff are friendly and helpful. There’s also a nearby block with restaurants, a police station, 7/11, and other things. The facilities are among the best I’ve seen in Malaysia. There are four pools: a lap pool, a large leisure pool, a small pool with water exercise machines, and a kids pool.
