Promenade Service Apartments

Self-service check-in made arrival simple, with no need to deal with staff. We stayed for seven days and found the apartment clean, tidy, and even nice-smelling. It had what we needed, including plates and basic kitchenware, and the quiet residential neighborhood suited us. There are grocery shops and local restaurants nearby, plus a McDonald’s a short walk away. Planes sometimes pass overhead, but that didn't bother us much. The air conditioner did work, just slowly, and took a while to cool the room. For this price range, it's one of the best options around. Definitely recommend.

Room 2204A was decent for a budget stay, and I had no other complaints about the room. The Wi-Fi is the problem: I entered the password provided, then it asked for another password that wouldn't accept the same one. Hope management can look into it. You've got a return guest for another time 👍🏻

There are lots of places to eat around here, and a 24-hour dobi is close by. Street parking is plentiful, or there's paid parking in the basement. The price is cheap, the room size is okay, and it was generally clean. The walk to a room in Block 4 goes past the trash room, which smells really bad. The room lighting is dim, there was no hair dryer, and the rusty body shampoo rack in the bathroom is awkwardly placed and easy to bump into while showering.

The building looks a bit odd, almost like an old parking lot, and there are several blocks with lifts serving all the floors. But the rooms were fine. Ours was big and comfortable, with hot water in the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a WhatsApp number if you need to ask for anything. The location works well, with lots of restaurants nearby and the busier areas, like the mall, about 15 minutes away.
