The location is handy, with lots of eateries and massage places within walking distance. For the price, the room is okay for a night and didn't smell, though it can feel a bit stuffy. It's small, has no window, and goes pitch black when the lights are off. The toilet's sliding door wouldn't close. They provide only a towel and bar soap, with no toothbrush or hair dryer. Water pressure wasn't very strong, though the water was warm enough. It hadn't been cleaned thoroughly before I arrived, but it didn't disgust me too much. The bedsheets looked clean, though worn and full of holes.

The bathroom and bed were clean, but the room had a strong cigarette smell. I didn't have much to say about the staff, as I only needed somewhere to kill time, shower, and sleep. Food stalls are an easy walk away, and there's a Thai massage parlour next door. Internet was a bit weak, so you may need your own connection. Parking in the morning is hard to find. At night there should be plenty, but you need to get your own parking coupon. The authorities come early in the morning, and hotel staff can't help, so a parking fine isn't worth it.

This hotel has changed its name to Havona hotel, and check-in and checkout are handled manually.

There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and the location worked well for me. The room and toilet were clean, and the staff were friendly. The cups had stains and could use a proper wash, though, and there wasn't a teaspoon for stirring drinks.
