The room was clean and decent, and it’s a good option for a solo traveller or a last-minute overnight stay. This was my first self check-in, and it was very straightforward. The deposit was the only issue: they only take cash. If you don’t have any, tell the counter staff. They’ll have you send 50rm by touch-n-go and give you the cash to put into the machine.

My Deluxe King room was spotless and a reasonable size for the price. This is a new hotel with a distinctive self check-in setup, and I found it good value. The cleanliness and value are why I gave it five stars. Parking is the one downside. I’m not sure how the system works, but it would be nice if management could arrange dedicated spaces for guests.

The room was spacious and clean, the location was convenient, and the price was good value. CIQ is nearby, and the office we were visiting was right next to the hotel. The air-conditioning fan made a drumming noise. Outside was loud too, even though the neighbourhood seemed fairly quiet. Around midnight we could hear motorcycle engines, cats fighting, and people talking. Maybe a sign could ask bikers not to leave their engines idling or rev them.

Everything felt clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind. Check-out was quick and easy. I had a lovely stay and would come back.

Good location, close enough to R&F mall. The room was clean and the bathroom decent. No dental kit, but they did provide a towel, shampoo, and shower gel. For 100rm, it was well worth the price.
