Dreamscape Inn @ R&F Princess Cove

I came to meet my Aunt, but parking was hard to find. It was also confusing trying to find a lift in this place.

At this Homestay by Minnens Homes in the R&F Princess Cove, RNF Seine Region Studio Unit, we stayed May 21-22, 2026. The room and bathroom had no smoke or unpleasant smells, and the water pressure was excellent. The queen bed was firm but comfortable, and we had two sets of towels, two blankets, and complete cutlery. Netflix and YouTube worked well on the TV. There were some good value points, and the setup has potential, but the hygiene problems affected our comfort. We saw cockroaches, and the bathroom glass, fixtures, and basin had visible stains. Half the towels felt damp and possibly used; the other two were dry and fresh. One blanket cover was very crumpled and seemed used, without proper laundering or preparation. The pillows gave me headaches, so I folded bath towels to use as a pillow. The kitchen was also missing a basic cutting board, which meant I couldn't cut the fruit I'd bought at the grocers. I'd have liked to give five stars, but the pests, unclean surfaces, questionable linens, uncomfortable pillows, and missing item are significant issues. The stay was acceptable, with good water pressure and entertainment, but I can't rate it higher. I hope these notes help improve future stays.
