For this price range, it’s okay, mostly for people working overtime who just need a room to sleep in before going back to work. The air conditioning and water heater were fine. When I first arrived, the room smelled a bit damp and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. You can still see renovation wiring, and there may be a cat or something in the ceiling.

The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, which is why I gave two stars. The room was another story. The reception area is grand, then you step out of the lift and get a very different impression. I booked a triple room with three beds and an attached bathroom, which was spacious since it was a corner unit. There were two cockroaches in the room. The laminate floor was damaged by water, the towels were a bit yellow, the pillow had mould, and the blanket was stained. The toilet leaked. They provided just one shampoo or hand shampoo with no label. The TV had no signal even though the Wi-Fi decoder was right outside my room. We stayed only one night. The condition was very bad, and the soundproofing wasn’t good either. I could hear the next room’s phone conversation. The hotel seems to be renovating, perhaps the corridor, though I don’t know which part. Management should look at the reviews and do repairs and maintenance.

I booked two single beds but got a queen bed instead, and I couldn’t get a refund even though I hadn’t checked in. There were also too many baby cockroaches in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. Poor service and a bad experience.

The room smelled damp, the bedroom walls were dirty, and the hallway was cluttered with renovation tools. The lobby was the only decent-looking part, so don’t trust the photos. The bed looked so bad I couldn’t even sit on it, and the whole place felt more like a workers’ hostel than a hotel. I checked out in less than two hours, but they refused to refund even half of what I paid.
