EG Hotel, Setia Tropika, Johor Bahru

I've never seen a hotel like this. It was deeply disappointing and the worst. There were cockroaches, bed bugs, and other insects in the tiny room, and the air conditioning restarted every two minutes. That dead night was awful, and I'm completely upset. I'll never come back. Don't go or encourage a hotel like this. Management needs to address the problems. I think they may know about them and not care. We paid to stay, and we have the right to ask for better. They shouldn't keep providing this kind of service.

The small and medium-sized cockroaches were so bad that my wife and I checked out less than 20 minutes after checking in. There was no reception after hours, so I couldn't ask for another room. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Really awful hotel. There were small cockroaches on the bed and little ants, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The rooms are small and the bathroom was dirty. I hated it. If the hotel is like this, it should be closed.

After sleeping there, my whole body felt itchy. The room was filthy and smelled awful, and the shower barely had any water pressure. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
