My kids loved the modern, well-maintained room. Manisha was especially helpful and patient, explaining the available options so I could make an informed choice without feeling pressured. I appreciated her assistance and would recommend this hotel to friends.

I was lucky to find a room at Fives Hotel DNP at the last minute, and booked a twin room on the day I checked in. The TV has loads of channels and the picture is good. Wi-Fi was easy to connect to, with a strong signal. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like disposable slippers and earplugs. They provide big bottles of shower gel and shampoo instead of the little travel sizes. And the coffee mugs are the big ones, not those short little cups.

We stay here often as a family, since the rooms are big enough for us. It’s comfortable and clean, and they greet you with a refreshing drink and some jeruk. I really like the fragrant soap and shampoo. There are eateries within walking distance if you get hungry.

The room was comfortable and clean. We booked by phone at the last minute, and luckily there was still one room available. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Recommended, and I’d stay again next time I come to JB.
