The noise was awful. I could hear conversations and footsteps from other guests, along with the highway outside. Around 3 a.m., a washing machine started shaking upstairs and kept going for over an hour, until I checked out. The room itself smelled faintly of smoke when I opened the door, and little bugs were crawling around. The walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the bedsheets were yellowish, as if they'd been used too long. There wasn't even a handheld showerhead in the bathroom. Getting to the room meant taking the stairs unless you were on the ground floor. The stairwell entrance was a mess, with guests sitting there smoking and using their phones. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The place was dirty, and I couldn't sleep properly one morning. From about 8 to 9 a.m., they kept doing wall construction on level 3. They didn't seem to consider that people might be sleeping. 🙏

The corridors were dirty, dark, and felt spooky, with what looked like renovation work going on along the way to the rooms. The rooms were only reachable by staircase. Inside, my room wasn't very clean or in good condition either. It felt scary and dangerous to stay alone, with the dark, quiet, dirty area outside. You have to pay extra to use the hair dryer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was my first time staying somewhere like this.

Nearly two hours went by while they showed us rooms. They changed us to as many as four rooms, but each one had some reason we couldn't accept it. We couldn't cancel because they wouldn't refund the room charges. The owner was very rude. I've never seen an owner behave that way. Terrible hotel, stay away from this scammer hotel.

The room was a little old, but it was fine for sleeping and bathing. At RM100 for a two-bed room for four people, the price is okay. That rate makes it acceptable! Check-out is at 12:00 PM. 👌
