The room was dirty, the bathroom leaked, and cockroaches were roaming around. The towels were dirty, and there was a dirt stain on the blanket. The Bangla guy at reception was very rude. I regret booking here. They couldn't adjust for even one hour, and I had to check out right away. NOTE TO OWNER: If you want this hotel to last, try to bring it up to at least a 3-star level.

The price isn't worth it. The room and bathroom are too small for two people, both smell unpleasant, and the sheets were dirty. There was mold on the ceiling, and the bathroom water pressure was very slow. The foreign male staff member had no manners. The rooms shown on Agoda don't match what's actually available. The place isn't suitable for children, especially small kids. If you're looking for a place to rest after work, find somewhere better. H Hotel, please fix what needs fixing. TQ.

The receptionist was a bit rude to my mother, and the room, toilet mat, and dining area were all dirty or messy. Almost everything about the place felt disorganized. This is easily the worst hotel I've ever visited. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a nice budget stay, it felt like living in a toilet.

The management is stupid. The workers don't know how to respect tenants, knocking on the door really hard and speaking rudely.

There were lots and lots of cockroaches, and the room had a bad odor. The blanket was dirty too. The towels smelled bad, but after we asked for fresh ones, they were a little better. The staff seemed very impatient about our towel request. We had a near-death experience because the staff kept spraying more and more insect repellent in the morning, hee hee~
