I couldn't sleep all night because the room was full of cockroaches and mold, and the hygiene was terrible. The amenities were dirty and mostly out of order. When I complained to customer service, they offered only a 30% refund and didn’t help me move to another apartment. I really wouldn’t recommend staying in any of the rented apartments. The carpark is like a maze too, with a narrow ramp that means you keep turning and turning to get to a higher floor if there’s a slot at a lower level. 👎👎👎👎👎

The security staff were no help at all. The only laundry is in the communal lobby, which would be fine if the machines worked. There are just three washers and three dryers. One washer is out of service, and another takes your money but doesn’t work, leaving only one usable washer. The phone number they give for problems doesn’t work either, and the guards outside weren’t helpful.

I've stayed here several times for short breaks, and it's generally been a good experience. The one thing to keep in mind is noise: if that bothers you, ask for a unit that isn't split into rooms A and B.

Smoking inside the rooms or bathrooms leaves a really strong smell and hurts SKS's image, especially for tenants in Block A 28-32. Please ask the tenants and guests to stop, and have SKS management put a warning notice in the elevator. ⚠️
