The house I got was a studio in a building that is still new. Security felt good: the building is monitored by CCTV 24/7, and you need an access card key to enter.

Every bed in the room was horrible, just a flimsy bunch of springs with no comfort or support. They were unevenly distributed, and I could feel each one digging into me. I spent the night tossing and turning, unable to find a position that didn't hurt my back. With zero cushioning, a good night's sleep was impossible.

My motorcycle was stolen last night from level 4, where I'd parked near my car park. We've been here almost 1 year without issues, but now this has completely ruined things. How could strangers get into the condo? The guards are here 24/7, but that was no use. When I asked security, they told me to wait. I still haven't been shown the CCTV footage, and management has taken no action. What kind of security is that in a fully guarded condo? Management might as well close the office and go to sleep. I don't even want to give you 1 star, but I have no choice. Such nonsense work. You guys can pay me back for my bike? I hope the police take action. Please lock up your valuables even inside the condo.

Google Maps doesn't seem to find the exact location. It stops in front of the Petronas station, and you have to search behind it. Also, the condo faces a cemetery, so people who are faint-hearted may want to avoid the area.
