I really liked the Japanese-style tatami bed. It felt different from the regular beds at other hotels I’ve stayed in, and I found it relaxing and very comfortable. My room was spotless and cozy, and clearly well cared for. The receptionist was friendly and took time to walk me through the room options. Since I often stay here for work under my company’s name, they also gave me a special corporate rate, which was thoughtful and made the stay better value. The service, comfort, and price all went beyond what I expected. I recommend it to other business travelers, and I’ll stay here again when I’m in JB.

The price felt reasonable for the room, which was clean and comfortable. I had one with a low bed, Japanese style. It’s showing some wear, though it’s still in decent condition. The glass bathroom door doesn’t lock.

I was happy with my clean room, and it came with the toiletries and utilities I needed. The staff were friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s opposite EDL, with easy access and close to Midvalley Southkey, Aeon, Stulang, and JB town. Very satisfied with the stay, I’d come back.
