The room was clean and pleasant, and towels and toiletries were supplied. At first, the service was good, especially how they answered my questions over WhatsApp. But after checkout, they said my deposit would be refunded within 24 hours, and it didn’t arrive until two weeks later, after I messaged to ask. The exchange rate had dropped by then, so I lost RM14. They told me the 24-hour refund timing to get me to give them 5 stars in their appraisals. When I said I’d wait for the refund before rating, they didn’t seem to care. People, rent at your own risk.

There’s plenty of space for a family of four. The toilet heater doesn’t work, though, and there are ants along the hallway and in the rooms.

Stayed for two nights last weekend. The unit was clean and cozy, and it was a nice stay.
