The accommodation was cozy and excellent, with good service. It’s easy to get to since it’s inside the mall, and there’s a lobby for pickups. The location is strategic, near other malls like Angsana, Sutera Mall, and Kipmall, formerly known as Kipmart, now improved. Traffic can get jammed because it’s a well-known mall.

This is a popular Airbnb right beside Paradigm Mall, and it’s easy to get around by car or Grab. The rooms are clean, higher floors have nice views, and the reception and security staff are friendly. To use the games room, book a time slot at reception and collect the table tennis, air hockey, and table soccer bats or balls. I’d recommend it and will definitely come again!

If rain leaves you looking for something to do with the kids, Baby Shark indoor theme park inside Paradigm Mall is a handy backup. The apartment worked for our short stay: small but functional, and reasonably clean. The owner was slow to answer messages, though, and not very attentive.

Check-in was chaotic and stressful because there were no arrival instructions and no communication by email or WhatsApp group chat. I was also surprised to have to bring my own tissues, toothbrush, toothpaste, and extra trash bags. The white bedding and towels had stains, and one family member developed rashes after sleeping on them.
