⚠️ I spent a few weeks here on vacation, and without a car or bike it was a bad choice. Google Maps showed places within a 15-minute walk, but there were no pedestrian paths, so getting around meant taking a Grab even for small things. The nearest poor mart was about 15 minutes away on foot. The condo felt isolated, with little access to basic amenities, and the downstairs mini mart listed on Airbnb was closed until April. Our unit had lots of ants and bed bugs, and facing a busy road meant heavy noise. I mainly stay in KL and wasn't familiar with JB, but this place was completely dead around it.

My food arrived around 10:37, but it was gone when I went downstairs to collect it, less than five minutes later. Security said I needed to make a police report and could only check the camera the next day, yet there isn't even a camera near the food pickup area. I lost about RM30, and management was unhelpful and irresponsible. If you order food, make sure the rider waits while you collect it.

The host ignored my requests for solutions and wouldn't even agree to store our luggage for a few hours. The apartment smelled really bad, and the internet was down for the first two days; neither the kettle nor the stove worked. Facilities were under maintenance, something Agoda hadn't mentioned. The photos were old and didn't match what was advertised, and the facilities looked worn. Terrible holiday experience. Don't book.

The rate is reasonable, and the place is near the city, just a few walks away. Getting a Grab car is efficient too. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, so I'd definitely recommend it.

Parcels and food deliveries keep going missing or being stolen (KENA CURI), and repeated complaints haven't fixed the security problem. Management hides behind 'procedures,' requiring a police report before residents can view CCTV. Their stated response is to fine the thief RM200, if they do anything at all, and tell residents to collect deliveries ASAP instead of improving security. Why pay such high management fees when they can't keep deliveries safe?
