R&F Princess Cove by Wong

We had a great stay with our group. There was plenty of space and enough beds for everyone, and the layout worked well for families. The apartment was clean, looked as described, and felt peaceful even with everything so central. We especially enjoyed the balcony views. R&F Mall is directly accessible, and a short covered walk takes you to CIQ, JB Sentral, and City Square. Groceries and places to eat were close by. The pool and self check-in made things easier, and our helpful, responsive host kept the stay smooth from arrival to departure. We'd gladly stay again with a group.

The co-host had everything arranged so carefully, and the quick, reassuring replies made the stay feel easy. The property was clean and very well maintained. I was impressed by the service and hospitality, and would recommend it.

We couldn't find anything good about this stay. On arrival the apartment was filthy, with ants throughout. The bathroom ceiling had a large black mold stain, and the toilet seat was old and grimy. The beds were rock hard, and the living room AC kept shutting off every 10-15 minutes because of a smart power system. Even with the host's help, we couldn't fix it, and the heat became unbearable. The host is also trying to get good reviews by handing out 5 MYR Grab vouchers.

They supplied everything we needed, and getting to the place was really easy. I just wish we'd had more time in the unit instead of having to check out early. It's a great option if you're staying with a bunch of friends.
