S Hotel

Housekeeping wasn't done on the second day. I was too lazy to complain, so I left it as it was. Parking was a complete nightmare, too. The underground parking wasn't reserved for hotel guests, or it hadn't been planned for that many cars. Staff working there usually took all the spaces. Even though the hotel is only 400m from my company's branch office, I'll definitely avoid it on my next trip.

I wouldn't advise booking here. There was no receptionist at the counter, and the attitude was bad.

There’s a bar downstairs and it was so noisy I couldn't sleep all night. I checked out, and the hotel offered a 5% discount to change rooms, but their calculation was just the room fee minus 0.05RM. Admin insisted that was right, which was very frustrating. I paid with an international credit card, but the checkout refund couldn't go back to my original card. They said it could only go to my Malay colleague's bank account. A very bad experience. I don't recommend this hotel, and I forbid my company from booking it again.

The team did high quality work and was professional and responsive. There were a few small delays, but they kept us updated along the way. We're happy with the results and would consider using their services again. A great experience overall.
